First Flip

This is the progress of our flip property in Wall, NJ.  This house was left unoccupied for about 10 years.  Raccoons and squirrels lived in the attic during winter, leaving a horrible mess. The house was gutted down to the studs, including a new electrical system.  An updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, and a new HVAC system, and fresh landscaping.  

This property should be on the market by late September 2023
